Unimate provides an AI-powered platform that assists students in finding university matches based on their academic profiles and preferences. While we strive for accuracy, Unimate does not guarantee admission to any university suggested by our algorithms, nor do we guarantee specific scholarship amounts.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload false academic records or test scores to manipulate matching results.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Unimate system or network or breach any security or authentication measures.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Unimate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unimate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
